Terms of Service
These terms are the agreement between you and Aisle when you create an account, run a wedding page or join one as a guest. We've kept them as short and plain as we can.
See also our Privacy Policy.
The service
Aisle, operated by Nilebyte, gives couples a page for their wedding (their story, the day's plan, invitations) and gives their guests a place to share photos and notes. By creating an account or using Aisle, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Your account
- You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
- Use your real name and an email address you control. You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for what happens in your account.
- One person per account. Don't sign in as someone else or share an invite meant for one person.
Your content
- What you post stays yours. You give Aisle permission to store it, show it to the people the wedding is shared with, and make the copies needed to run the service (such as thumbnails and downloads), only for as long as it's on Aisle.
- Only post what you have the right to share. If a photo shows other people, make sure they'd be comfortable with it.
- A couple can hide or remove anything posted to their wedding. Guests can delete their own photos and notes.
- Couples choose who sees guests' photos and notes, and whether guests can download them. Please respect those choices outside Aisle too.
What's not allowed
- Anything illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit or violent, or that invades someone's privacy.
- Posting other people's personal details, or photos they've asked you not to share.
- Spam, scraping, or trying to get around limits, invites or privacy settings.
- Attacking, overloading or probing the service, or trying to access accounts or weddings that aren't yours.
We may remove content, suspend a wedding or close an account that breaks these rules, and will usually tell you why.
Plans and payment
Every wedding has a plan, which sets its limits (such as guests, photos and storage) and which designs it can use. Some designs and features are part of the Diamond plan. Plan prices and what they include are shown in the app and may change; a change never takes away what a wedding already has during the period it has paid for. Where a payment is made, any refund rights you have by law still apply.
Availability and changes
We work hard to keep Aisle running and your memories safe, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted. We may pause changes for maintenance, and improve or change features over time. We recommend downloading your photos and Note Board as a keepsake once the celebrations are over.
Ending your use
You can delete your account at any time from your profile. Couples can ask us to delete their wedding. When a wedding or account is deleted, its content is removed as described in our Privacy Policy.
Responsibility
Aisle is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren't responsible for content other people post, or for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits responsibility that can't be limited by law.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the country where Nilebyte is established. If you live somewhere that gives you stronger rights, you keep them. If something goes wrong, please contact us first at support@aisleweddingplatform.app; most things can be sorted out quickly.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll update this page and its date and tell you in the app. Using Aisle after that means you accept them.
